JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in the overall project management, operations and deployment for Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns that increase our subscriber value proposition or introduce new bundles or offers to our audiences
• Lead landing page and offer page development process with third party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing Operations, Data and Analytics, Creative)
• Planning and organizing of multiple projects, and acting as a touch point for a major part of our product marketing deployment
• Supporting 5 to 10+ campaigns and creative processes at one time for campaigns across acquisition and retention
• Responsible for project kick-offs with vendors, including creative development, helping to compile vendor and creative briefs, and tracking vendor progress,
• Communicating to our partners with notes and feedback, as well as managing deadlines of all projects
• Manage a marketing calendar which ensures the team has bandwidth and time to complete all assigned projects
• Keeping projects moving through approvals, vendor milestones, and overall creative process
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Marketing and campaign management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
• Experience with creative development and channel planning
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage accountability well across multiple work streams
• Keen eye for detail, and ability to direct vendors, agencies and internal teams in a proactive, productive, and positive manner
• Excellent writing and communication skills, copywriting experience a plus
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a matrixed reporting environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams.
• Experience with JIRA a plus
