Job Summary:
OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will be part of a critical team leading the charge in aggressively growing our customer subscriptions and profitability. You will drive strategy and execution across digital channels, plan and optimize our marketing budget, assess channel and campaign performance, and lead a team who has responsibilities for day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own the paid media and partnership acq & retention strategy. Budget and execution of new customer acquisition across digital marketing channels, including: Social, Search, Affiliate, Display, Re-targeting, and Video advertising. As needed, manage external performance marketing agencies for campaign development and optimization.
• Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.
• Identify, experiment with, prove out, and scale acquisition channels.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow.
• Expand affiliate marketing.
• Oversee SEM campaign deliverables, including structuring and targeting improvements, keyword and audience expansion, landing page testing, search query mining, and improvement of the bid management process.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Work cross functionally to improve conversion funnel through A/B testing, drive qualified traffic and recommend improvements for growth.
• Leverage paid media channels to improve subscriber engagement, referrals and revenue per subscriber- on site and app.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience running paid advertising for a B2C subscription product. Shown experience working on marketing partnerships, pay for performance models and mobile.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing with special focus on: Google, Affiliate networks, video advertising, Facebook ecosystem and SEO with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns.
• Able to lead through persuasion and use data/research.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
