We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide senior administrative support for a dynamic, growing media and entertainment company, ensuring the chief executive can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. With offices in New York, London, and Los Angeles, the primary role would reach beyond keeping communications organized but to assist with thought leadership, as well as distinguishing levels of priority. Creativity is welcome, so is an appreciation of the importance of culture building. The organization is rapidly growing and presents an amazing opportunity to participate in the systems building of a profitable media firm that engages all along the range of entertainment from production to distribution.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of Executive
Manage Executive's schedule
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Plan work-related travel details
Create decks and spreadsheets using data from analysts
Liaise between our other offices
Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
Maintain and order supplies
Thought leadership
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a chief of staff, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
Proactive
Dynamic
Systems and processes builder
Tech Savvy
Strong writing/proofreading skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to read and understand contracts and agreements
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
