Myriad Pictures, Inc. is a Los-Angeles based entertainment company involved in the development, financing, production, and worldwide sales of independent motion pictures and television programming. We are currently looking for an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual to serve as Director, Servicing & Delivery. Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills. The role demands an overall familiarity with all aspects of post-production as well as detailed knowledge of feature theatrical and non-theatrical materials. It requires communication with vendors, interfacing with producing teams and filmmakers, as well as domestic and international distributors
Responsibilities:
• Interact with filmmakers and representatives to negotiate delivery schedules and dates
• Serve as the primary contact during pre¬-production, production and post production to ensure successfully budgeting and creation of film materials
• Work with, post supervisors and completion guarantors to prepare and vet post schedules and budgets, as needed, and facilitate final delivery.
• QC theatrical and non-theatrical materials
• Work with business affairs dept to ensure compliance with legal delivery
• Communicate with vendors on the QC and delivery of such materials
• Coordinate with marketing and creative agencies on the creation of marketing materials such as posters, teasers, trailers, TV spots, etc.
• Support sales team during film markets
• Interact with distributors and broadcasters worldwide to facilitate invoicing and coordinate servicing of theatrical and non-theatrical materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years hands¬-on experience in feature film or television post production
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced, team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Mail and QuickBooks
• Familiarity with Avid, Premiere, Movie Magic Budgeting is a plus
