Mustache, a Brooklyn-based full-service video production and digital marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Editor for an unscripted television show.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and have experience in editing for television, ideally with a comedic background. The junior editor will work with the lead editor and a team of segment editors & creatively collaborate daily with our Story Producer & Show Runner. Storytelling experience is a must.
Editor must be local to NYC for the duration of the project. The position start on Monday, April 9th and will go until the beginning of May with a possibility of extending until mid June. Ending dates are subject to change.
Qualified candidates must:
• Have 2+ years experience in TV editing and experience collaborating with a team of both senior and junior level editors.
• Have a sense of humor & strong story telling experience.
• Be comfortable bringing his/her own creative to the table, but also receptive to feedback.
• Have a proven ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Be commutable distance from our Brooklyn office location.
