Full Time Job
Looking for a driven EA/PA with at least 1 year of entertainment experience for a talent manager located in Studio City. Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the manager. Must be compulsively organized, timely in completing tasks, and someone who aims for excellence with a ''Happy to be here, easy to work with'' attitude. Workspace is at a lovely home office in Studio City, your own space, separate from house. Hours are 10-6pm M-F with some flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Heavy booking of hotel, ground, & air transportation for manager and two clients
Create travel sheets for clients
Update multiple calendars
Responsible for the upkeep of merchandise inventory
Input up-to-date tour information for client's websites and social media accounts
Schedule appointments and meetings
Administrative tasks: answering phones, filing, scanning, shipping, etc.
Personal tasks: dry cleaning, car washes, grocery shopping, household repairs, etc.
Running business and personal errands
Handle some light accounting tasks
Taking initiative to create efficient workflow
The manager's mission is to support and advance the clients careers, so the most important thing is that you care, really care, about supporting the manager and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year experience in the entertainment industry
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Must have a reliable vehicle for shopping and running errands
Strong computer skills, particularly with Apple products, Dropbox, Microsoft Suite, and Google Drive
Must love dogs
