Assistant to Executive Producer / President of Muse Entertainment USA
Responsibilities include:
Heavy admin - setting meetings/pitches, rolling calls, dictation, coordinating international travel, expense reports
Organization - creating and maintaining submission and tracking grids, call sheets, inbox management, track all projects in various stages of development and production
Liaising with head office and production offices in Canada
Reading and providing feedback on scripts, books, and any other material submitted
Project research, drafting pitch pages
Boss is super busy and looking for someone who's ready to jump right in, so must have at least 2 years of desk experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn both the development and production side of television. Someone who is hyper organized (this is the most important!), tech fluent (we have primarily Mac products), level-headed (calm under high pressure and thrives on tight deadlines), resourceful, solutions-oriented, and a savvy communicator.
