Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the SVP Technology & Information Security, SVP Enterprise Technology, VP EIT & Workplace Technology, and the VP Information Security. This role involves providing clerical, administrative, and secretarial support in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Responsibilities:
• Work with other administrative assistants to ensure all team members have the necessary information.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules in a dynamic environment.
• Review emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, identifying follow-up actions.
• Prepare travel itineraries and orchestrate travel arrangements.
• Organize and submit expense reports monthly for executives and departments.
• Handle departmental invoice processing and payments.
• Assist with logistics for business events and special projects, anticipating needs and preparing materials.
• Prioritize meetings, presentations, and other business duties to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage highly confidential and proprietary information with discretion.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a high level of teamwork and communication.
• Order office supplies and equipment for executive staff.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the Technology division.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a complex organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
