Who are we hiring?
This temporary role supports the Productions Talent Management department, focusing on event and appearance tracking as well as pre-production during the production season.
What will you do?
• Track and communicate all changes and updates to Rockettes event requests with Talent Management, PR, Productions, and other relevant departments.
• Create a daily report of updates, reviewed with Talent Management and wardrobe, and communicate changes in real-time.
• Monitor dry-cleaning schedules and potential wardrobe conflicts, alerting the necessary parties.
• Ensure the on-duty wardrobe representative is informed of changes that affect scheduling and preparation.
• Develop a simplified tracking system for communicating event statuses to the PR department.
• Assist related departments in preparing for events and serve as a representative at on-site and off-site events.
What do you need to succeed?
• Strong multitasking ability under tight deadlines and financial constraints.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and regular afternoon/evening shifts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Highly responsive to emergencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and sound business judgment.
• Experience in logistics, particularly in live entertainment or sports environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Special Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate production changes.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Hourly Pay Range: $26 - $28 USD
