We're seeking an administrative assistant in NYC to work directly with our founder as a personal & administrative assistant. You'll be her ''right-hand'' and assist in both personal & professional matters. The person hired must be detail-oriented & skilled at communication. Good energy & a great attitude is a MUST!
This is a full-time job in NYC with a hybrid work model. You will be in the office 3 days a week & remote for 2 days. Our office is on Chrystie Street in the Lower East Side. Starting salary 65,000.
Responsibilities:
Email management
Supervising contractors + payments
Online course + merch store management
Personal assisting
Calendar planning + management
Schedule and confirm meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Google suite, AirTable, Monday.com & Notion
Works well under pressure
