Build the Core Creator and Brand Workflows for a Data Intelligence Engine

The Role

You will serve as a foundational member of the Data Intelligence Engine engineering team, reporting to the VP Engineering. You’ll be translating product requirements from the Head of Creators and Head of Brands into tangible, functional workflows that enable internal testing and the onboarding of early users. This demands strong execution, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively across the full stack.

What You’ll Do
• Build Foundational Workflows: Build early creator onboarding, profile, and campaign-related flows.
• Implement Features: Implement frontend components and backend endpoints for first-party workflows, supporting the core experiences needed for the Alpha Launch.
• Support API Integration: Support API integration and early BFF (Backend For Frontend) patterns for the platform services.
• Merge Logic: Begin merging internal resource and platform-shared frontend or backend logic as appropriate, supporting the integration strategy.
• Ensure UI/UX Quality: Work closely with design and product teams to define early UI/UX patterns, ensuring a functional, reliable foundation for early creator and brand interactions.
• Maintain Focus: Operate as a “strong executor” in an ambitious startup environment, wearing multiple hats and demonstrating strong autonomy to ensure project success.

What You’ll Bring
• Full Stack Execution: Proven experience building both frontend components and backend services, ideally capable of handling both API integrations and early UI/UX pattern definition.
• Startup Mindset: Ability to navigate an ambitious startup environment, possess strong autonomy, and be a resourceful individual who can quickly execute high-impact features.
• Product Exposure: Experience where you had exposure to customer-facing products, understanding how users utilize a product, which is critical for a full stack engineer on this platform.
• Technical Breadth: Strong technical skills in backend technologies (like Nest) and frontend frameworks (like React or React Native).
