Position Overview: The Videographer/Preditor is responsible for capture and creation of content for Monumental Sports and Entertainment.

Responsibilities:
• Shoot, produce and edit events, marketing and sales initiatives, quality interviews, athlete and fan features, some greenscreen and game action/ENG footage (basketball and hockey) for our team platforms.
• Ideate and collaborate with MSE Production and Post-Production teams, as well as our Capitals, Mystics and Wizards Marketing, Digital and Communications teams, and our Global Partnership group.
• Manage workflow, schedule and projects from pre-production through edit and delivery, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Develop and research executable content ideas.
• Ingest, organize and log footage.
• Edit quick-turn social clips, recaps, features, broll packages, etc.
• Operate a variety of camera systems while also maintaining and ensuring proper equipment storage and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a content production environment.
• Familiarity working with multiple camera systems and strong editing skills on Premiere.
• Knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with content and project management software (Wrike, Frame.io, etc) a plus.
• Strong shooting skills with experience directing athletes or non-traditional camera talent.
• Working understanding of broadcast audio techniques and lighting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Confidence and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record with camera, lighting and sound equipment.
• Understanding of post production workflow and systems.
• Approachable, collaborative and professional attitude.
• Ability to carry 40 lbs of equipment plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
