Position Overview: The Manager, Systems & Reporting is responsible for ensuring a seamless logistical process for securing Global Partners for Monumental Sports & Entertainment's full portfolio of properties of brands. This position will focus on leading the department to ensuring an accurate production of vital contract materials and adherence to internal reporting measures are followed.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and manage partner contracts and other vital legal documents with oversight from Monumental's General Counsel.
• Ensure internal policies & procedures are adhered to in regards to sales process & partner contracting.
• Review and supervise sweepstakes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the business intelligence team to provide oversight of company CRM system procedures pertaining to global partnerships.
• Build systematic and customized revenue reports and projections with the finance team.
• Build and manage weekly staff meeting agendas and department strategic plans as needed.
• Support the on-boarding of new hires within global partnerships team.
• Ensure compliance with contract processes with both clients and internal staff.
• Build tracking reports to ensure progression within Monumental's Global Partnerships sales process.
• Assist with developing hospitality and travel programs to host key Global Partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Law Degree with experience in contract drafting, preferred.
• Strong understanding of key business & financial metrics.
• Strong working understanding of contract language with outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
