Position Overview: The Manager, CRM Data Integrity is responsible for planning and executing sales campaigns in Salesforce. This position will focus on the support of our salespeople by gathering User feedback, prioritizing needs, and developing new Salesforce features and functionality.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the Salesforce Administrator to MSE's internal Salesforce Users.
• Collaborate with sales department leaders to plan and execute sales campaigns in Salesforce.
• Provide department leaders with real-time reports on campaign progress and salesperson performance metrics.
• Train new hires on MSE Salesforce processes and bolster User adoption through continuous training.
• Offer ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff on Salesforce procedures as they use the platform to move MSE prospects and customers through the sales pipeline.
• Manage records in the MSE Salesforce database, ensuring a high level of data quality
• Develop new features and functionality in MSE's Salesforce instance
• Create Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce to inform salespeople and sales leadership
• Resolve Salesforce Maintenance Cases submitted by Salesforce Users, removing obstacles to sales
• Research standard methodologies for the administration, development, and data cleanliness of Salesforce.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years experience in CRM Data Management.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms/relational databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for management of large data sets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a phenomenal teammate.
• Ability to learn quickly while on the job.
• Organization, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Effective writing skills.
