This is a Full Time Job
The Analyst, Global Partnership Analytics position will work within the Business Intelligence team to identify trends, support the Global Partnerships department to recommend prospects, develop platforms, activate digital sponsorships, design and implement partner surveys to provide accurate reporting. This position is responsible for strategy and research across all MSE properties including the Capitals, Wizards, Mystics, and Capital City Go-Go.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the trafficking for Global Partnership, Ticket Sales and Marketing assets across owned digital and traditional platforms.
• Ensure all Global Partnership in-game creative elements are prepared and run efficiently and effectively by coordinating with Productions team.
• Assist with the compiling and evaluation of all meaningful reporting statistics.
• Work with the Global Partnership team to deliver and maintain accurate data in presentations, recaps, and collateral.
• Ensure partnership assets are being activated efficiently, making recommendations on standard methodologies.
• Apply various partnership research tools including YouGov, Nielsen Sports, SponsorUnited, and KORE/Two Circles to provide analysis and insight into potential and current partners.
• Organize, update, and deploy reports related to partnership activation within Corporate Partnership team and other internal departments.
• Provide forward thinking, strategic insight, and support for both the Sales and Partnership Marketing Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years related sponsorship analytics experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and building meaningful presentations.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to optimally prioritize, meets deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with research and reporting tools and proficiency in Excel is helpful.
• SQL skills for management of large data sets are a plus
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay Range: $58 - 64k USD.
