Position Overview: The Coordinator, Box Office Events is responsible for supporting the Director of Client Services in creating and managing third party events and collaborates with the overall Box Office team in providing memorable experiences for our fans.

Responsibilities:
• Create events in the ticketing system including scaling to ensure adequate gross potential, coordinating with promoters, booking, event managers, ADA, marketing, suites and other facility personnel on potential event on sale dates.
• Manage event inventory and pricing changes after crafting events, including but not limited to venue, artist, promoter, marketing, and production holds.
• Support fulfillment of internal ticket requests and distribution.
• Build and distribute Ticket Sale Authorization including scaling maps.
• Act as liaison between venue and promoter with Ticketmaster regarding prices, discounts and promotions.
• Proactively communicate ticket sales promotions with Box Office supervisors and ticket to assist with customers inquiries.
• Update day of show manifest and distribute with any production changes as needed.
• Assist Box Office with day of event relocates in conjunction with Guest Relations staff
• Send scan counts as requested by promoters.
• Support the preparation of backup documentation for night of show settlement.
• Attend meetings and participate in webinars specific to industry updates and changes.
• Communicate with guests in person during box office hours, by phone, and e-mail to provide accurate information and addressing inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous ticket sales experience with a pro or college sports team, is helpful.
• Customer service driven with fan-friendly attitude.
• Able to effectively work independently in a fast-paced high pressure environment while producing accurate and thorough results; detail driven.
• Works with integrity and principles; upholds organizational values
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and information in a professional manner.
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with MS Office, Archtics, and Ticketmaster is helpful.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
