Position Overview: The Coordinator, Booking is responsible for assisting with event scheduling and maintaining records. This position requires someone who is well organized, capable of balancing a diverse workload, and completes projects on a deadline.

Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain Event Booking system.
• Coordinate general communication including holds and offers with agents and their assistants.
• Provide promoters and agents with venue availability.
• Facilitate communication of pertinent show information between internal departments.
• Develop creative new events and ideas to increase the annual number of events.
• Prepare and track event contracts, addendum, and incentive deals.
• Work to optimize performance of venues and revenue streams.
• Respond to booking inquiries to maximize event days.
• Coordinate marketing for events including advertising, public relations and group sales as needed.
• Maintain up to date department records including budget, sales and marketing reports, event files, and expense records.
• Support the management of social media channels for each venue.
• Support the implementation of marketing programs and promotions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction analysis, sales programs, and service programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous administrative support experience or similar skills.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels is helpful.
• An avid interest in music, knowledge about artists and genres, and an interest in learning about the music industry.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and able to work optimally both independently and on a team.
• Ability to prioritize workload, is deadline driven, and can problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent organization skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently balance and grow positive business relationships in a professional manner.
• Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office programs.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
