Executive of a production and management company seeking intern. This internship will be a great opportunity to learn and grow by doing varied tasks. Seeking help with with the following tasks:
Creative Affairs
• Manage series and development slates
• Read and assess script submissions for potential new development
• Attend pitches, development & production meetings, press events, panels, testing, etc.
• Review and discuss creative notes on all submitted creative materials
• Network with suppliers and develop new relationships in search of new creative material
• Participate in notes meetings, giving feedback on projects
• Create presentations for review in company-wide meetings and presentations for conferences
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of current events and trends
• Track industry trade information on competitors and obtain competitive creative materials
• (Optional) Attend showcases and performances in search of new talent
Management
• Obtain employment leads for clients
• Inform or maintain client's social media
• Come up with creative ideas for improving clients social footprint
Producing
• Aid in tasks associate with producing films through development during pre-production, production, post, and distribution
• Attend production department meetings
• May possibly visits sets during production.
Start date:
November 2nd - February 28th
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
11am to 4pm
