Position: Internet Sales Coordinator
Description: The Internet Sales Coordinator is an entry-level position. This person will play an important role by managing various website channels for wholesale and retail sales team. The objective is to manage online sales outlets so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long lasting development of the company. This person will be responsible for the shipping duties.

Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Job Type: Full Time / Colorado Springs, CO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage various website channels – Shopify – (company website platform), MLB.com, Amazon, EBay, Sports Memorabilia and others
• Upload all new relevant inventory to shopping channels. This will include the maintenance and manipulation of item images and descriptions as needed.
• Administer relevant sales promotions on each channel and ensure the adequacy of sales related material
• Direct customer traffic for online sales and marketing
• Respond to customers on a timely basis (excellent customer service)
• Provide monthly sales reports to management to include revenue, cost of goods sold, and inventory valuation
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor the sales process, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Responsible for shipping sales orders
• Responsible for some consignment channels
• Work with other departments within the company that may deal with memorabilia promotions and/or sales
• Assist in the royalty reporting
• Other duties as assigned
• Possible travel may be required
Qualifications
and Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or related field is a plus; 1-2 year experience
• Works under minimal supervision, self-starter, organized
• A certain degree of latitude and creativity are required
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task on a variety of different projects
• Good computer skills, MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication and good work ethic.
• Ability to lift 10 – 20 lbs.
