MK Business Centers is a full-service Executive Suite located in the MB Studios. We're now looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our existing top-notch team. If you're hard-working and dedicated, MKBC is a great place to get ahead.
Responsibilities
-Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
-Provide administrative services to our tenants
-Manage communication including emails and phone calls
-Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
-Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
-Maintain and order office supplies
Qualifications
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
-Excellent attendance and punctuality (a neat and professional appearance is required)
-High degree of attention to detail
-Data entry experience
-Working knowledge of general office equipment
-Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 830am to 530pm
(This is a full-time position including benefits and perks upon completion of a 90 day training/probationary period. Compensation will be based on candidates demonstrated ability, skills, and relevant experience. Hourly rate, with an increase after the completion of 90 day training for those selected.)
