Summary
The Supervisor, Digital EST/VOD, will oversee the transactional digital (EST & VOD) business including partners such as iTunes, Amazon, Google, and Comcast. This position will be responsible for working with domestic and international platforms to maximize revenues across the Miramax portfolio as well as assisting in the growth of the business by supporting the EVP in new partner launches, pricing, and strategy.
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze sales data across EST, VOD, and other digital platforms
• Manage platform relationship on behalf of Miramax
• Coordinate with Technical Operations group to ensure assets are delivered and ingested in a timely manner
• Supervise digital platform portals including securing marketing opportunities for Miramax content
• Build promotional calendars, by-account and by-region, to maximize drafting opportunities around competitor titles, local holidays and world events
• Prepare regular reporting on the performances of platforms, titles, and markets
• Research new platforms for potential future distribution opportunities
• Maintain availability notices for worldwide EST/VOD
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related preferred;
• 2 years in digital operations, sales / digital licensing, or account management for a studio/entertainment, media, platform or content delivery company
• Knowledge of digital entertainment business models, usage models and technology
• Excellent oral and written communication, planning and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to build and develop both internal and external relationships
• Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines and capable of working in a pressurized environment
• Computer skills required: MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
