Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative marketing executive to help achieve organizational goals:
• Develop and lead a multi-faceted marketing and brand strategy focused on enhancing revenue opportunities across all teams.
• Work in close partnership with, and drive alignment between, marketing, ticket sales, partnership sales, social responsibility and communications departments.
• Steer and execute advertising and media buying strategies to deliver maximum impact.
• Lead our creative team to develop effective concepts designed to clearly articulate strategic objectives and carry concepts through development, refinement of direction, and full production of project design.
• Assist with the annual digital planning process and implementation to further engage and grow audiences through social media, digital platforms and content.
• Work directly with our Corporate Partnerships team to identify new partnership opportunities and service existing partnerships to the fullest.
• Partner with departments to conceptualize campaigns that strengthen our platforms and drive revenue for plans and individual ticket sales.
• Direct the Live Programming and Events team to deliver a premier in-game experience.
• Collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to expand, monitor, and evaluate marketing decisions.
• Handle third-party relationships including brand and media agencies, print houses, etc.
Qualifications
and Education Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience in a complex, consumer-facing organization preferred.
• Extraordinary communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Consistent track record of driving measurable business growth through the design and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience partnering with sales, management, and creative leaders to drive distinction in an ambitious consumer marketplace.
• Demonstrated background in developing various creative marketing collateral and campaigns for new and traditional media.
• Experience developing and leading successful multi-year brand and conversion campaigns for prestigious brand(s).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management programs.
