Our Group Events Associate positon is a full-time/temporary role that centers itself on hiring, training, and developing strong performers with a real passion for learning the business side of sports. Our leadership team is committed to the process of developing our sales executives on both a personal and professional level, while exposing you to the most comprehensive training regimen in all of sports. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
What would you do?

• Support the department by assisting with coordination of special events and fan experience programs.
• Assist fulfillment of group events fan experiences, ticket promotions, and redemptions.
• Provide outstanding customer service for all Timberwolves program offers.
• Interact with fans, field questions, and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Assist Group Experience Manager and group events team with miscellaneous administrative tasks, initiatives, and promotions.
What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:
• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Preference given to applicants with experience working in sports at the professional, minor league or collegiate level.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CRM and Back Office is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead specific tasks in the department under supervision.
• Perform well on a team as well as works sufficiently independently.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
