Job Title: Lynx Video Coordinator
Department: Basketball Operations
Reports to: Assistant General Manager

Summary/Objective: This position is responsible for the filming of all team practices and games, the utilization of the computer software Hudi/Synergy and providing game filk
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
1. Edit game film of all opponents for coaching staff to review with team, scouting and play calls
2. Live capture and breakdown of all home games
3. Develop and build college scouting database
4. Develop and build pro personnel database
5. Assist coaching staff during practices
6. Other various statistical and video projects assigned by coaching staff and team management personnel

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other:
1. Ability to work independently, manage multiple and completing tasks.
2. Knowledge in Sportstec, Hudi and Synergy software.
3. Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
4. Knowledge of supplies and equipment ordering and inventory control.
5. Ability to communicate with all levels of management including players and coaching staff.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience as a Student Manager/Graduate Assistant or within the WNBA or NBA is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. Previous experience in professional sports team environment preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibility
Work Environment
This job operates in a work environment that involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Work may involve heavy lifting and carrying. Working hours may depend on team's schedule. This job may also operate in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps and moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires moderate levels of physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, etc. Staff may occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move boxes or other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Travel
Position may require infrequent travel.
