Overview
Summary: This position will report to the Senior Director- Merchandise and Operations, and will focus on assisting the Senior Director with day to day merchandise operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist with analyzing reporting on purchases and sales to help the retail department properly prepare for merchandising and ordering for next season.
• Input retail department invoicing into the point-of-sale system to ensure that we are accurately submitting invoices that have been received in the warehouse.
• Generate Skus into the point-of-sale system to assist in merchandise purchases for the upcoming season and any current reordering needs for the department.
• Attend department meetings as needed.
• Assist in other ad hoc retail projects as needed.

Education
and/or Experience
Candidates must be currently enrolled or have recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a related field.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Chrome.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold, and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but can vary during home games.
Work Hours
Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week, plus all home games (evenings, weekends and holidays, if necessary); averaging 15-20 hours per week (more during home games).
