Overview
Summary Receives and dispatches emergency and routine calls/text messages for event service, police, fire, ambulance, and other emergency services inside and outside American Family Field, including parking lots by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Receive and screen incoming calls and text messages for event service, law enforcement, fire, medical, cleaning, parking, or other emergency and non-emergency services
• Question callers to determine location and seriousness of emergency and necessary response
• Operate two-way radio and/or other communications equipment to dispatch and relay instructions or information to remote units such as Event Services, law enforcement, fire, medical, cleaning, parking and other personnel units
• Log call information into computer dispatch system. Information may include incident date, incident time, incident detail, and disposition of incident
• Monitor remote cameras and other systems used to detect illegal entry, suspicious activity, fan misconduct, and maintain security
• Enter information, updates, and retrieve information from a variety of computer systems
• Assists in investigations as needed by retrieving and providing incident details
• Monitor social media platforms by utilizing dedicated monitoring software
Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm and collected in a busy, high paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and effectively carry out job duties and responsibilities listed above
• Ability to give clear and concise instructions to multiple units while working under pressure and/or emergency situations
• Maintain sense of urgency during emergency situations
• Knowledge working with network camera systems strongly preferred
• Security and/or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
Education
and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Must be able to learn and adapt to new computer systems promptly.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to fans, contractors, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours
Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Must have availability to work most games and special events. Maximum of 30 hours per week.
