Full Time Job
Summary Provide a wide variety of support services for the Human Resources Department with an emphasis in the areas of recruitment, employment, recordkeeping, and events. Provide high quality customer service to all employees as a resourceful Human Resources Department point of contact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Support the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date human resource information system (Workday) and paper records of transactions needed throughout the employee life cycle
• Monitor the Human Resource Department email inbox and respond to inquiries
• Process requests for verification of employment
• Assist with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support candidates with the online application process. Answer job applicant inquiries
• Purchase Club breakroom supplies and office supplies for the Human Resources Department. Maintain supplies in Club breakrooms.
• Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of employment files. Serve as records coordinator for the department
• Provide general office support including: processing and overseeing facilities/maintenance requests, and serving as a point person for office equipment needs
• Assist with various other Human Resource Department duties, as needed, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and notifying designated parties of arrival
• Coordinate department events including employee orientations, special events, training, etc. Coordination includes making room reservations, room set up, creating employee sign-ups or sending invitations, sending reminders and additional set up as needed.
• Schedule employment interviews. Prepare and distribute interview materials
• Conduct reference checks. Contact previous employers to verify work history and performance information for use final hiring decisions
• Serve as a point person for the completion and audits for form I-9
• Respond to unemployment insurance inquiries
• Manage and reconcile the Human Resources Department Credit Card
• Support administration of benefit programs as needed
• Assist with audits and Human Resource projects, as required
Qualifications

Education
and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university; and two or more year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; proven work experience in a fast-paced, high volume, customer service-oriented environment; strong organizational skills with proven ability to independently set priorities and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines; excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; accuracy and attention to detail; committed team member; ability to maintain confidentiality.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Experience with Workday system preferred.
Language Skills
Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Work Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
