Full Time Job
Summary Assist with daily operations of the Maryvale Baseball Complex and all baseball related equipment and inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Completes shipments of team equipment to all locations (Milwaukee, Dominican Republic, and affiliates) per Minor League Clubhouse Manager's instructions.
• Oversees, documents and acts as main point of contact for deliveries of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for entire Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training complex.
• Oversees and leads the minor league clubhouse staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
• Communicates with all team transportation services (buses and vans) to ensure players and staff are appropriately picked up and dropped off, as instructed by the Minor League Clubhouse Manager.
• Manage the Milwaukee Brewers minor league team apartments. Maintain the distribution and collection of team apartment keys, fobs, and key deposits for keys.
• Responsible for the daily operation of game & practice field setup and breakdown to begin and end each day.
• Assists Minor League Clubhouse Manager in inventorying, distribution of equipment and setting up locker rooms.
• Responsible for stocking and maintenance of umpire room
• Communicate and partner with city Waste Management to ensure proper pickup and replacement of trash and recycle dumpsters in Shipping & Receiving dock.
• Assist and maintain minor league equipment room.
• Ensures all team supplies are properly stocked and straightened in Minor League Clubhouse
• Assists Minor League Clubhouse Manager in gathering information for yearly Dominican Republic equipment needs.
Education
and/or Experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college preferred
• Three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Ability to recognize and decipher situations that require immediate attention, as well as being able to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours
Work hours will vary and be lengthy at times throughout the year.
