Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience producing films, short films, episodic shows
- Experience in film project management (project tracking, budgeting, seeing a project through pre-production, production, and post-production)
- Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a high profile YouTube channel or digital studio
- Experience as an executive assistant
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with proven success in project management, execution and multitasking
- Track record in streamlining complex processes and implementing workflows designed to increase efficiency
About the job:
Over the past 18 months, Michelle Khare's channel has grown to 1.1 million subscribers. The channel specializes in deep-dive docs-style content, in which Michelle puts herself to extreme tests, or helps others achieve their unlocked potential.
As producer, you will work with Michelle's team to plan, execute, and see to upload all videos on the channel, including the tentpole series:
Challenge Accepted - Michelle takes on a series of long-term extraordinary challenges, from runway modeling to Michelin-level cooking.
Extreme Body Makeover - Michelle gives a contestant the 7-week health and fitness makeover of their dreams.
The Other Side of Fear - Michelle helps someone overcome their greatest fear, whether it's skydiving, quitting your job, or coming out to a loved one.
This is a 5-week position with potential to continue. (Feb 23-March 30.) During the 5 weeks it will be a full-time / estimated 40 hrs/week job.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling all video shoots
- Coordinating with multiple parties
- Outreach
- Coordinating with post production (what days our editor is editing what)
- Adjusting schedule accordingly based on brand deals
- Budgets for specific videos
- Overseeing videos from pre-production to production to post production
- Brand deal oversight - being familiar with brand deal requirements and ensuring that we hit them in production
