Creative Coordinator - Kids Content
MTP, Inc. is looking for a highly organized LA local Creative Coordinator with a passion for kids content to support our growing team. Responsibilities include coordinating all stages of kids content, scheduling, managing assets and acting as a liaison between internal teams.
General duties:
Maintain tracking and management systems for all Kids shows as they move through deal stage, development, production and deliver
Ensure all Kids trackers (maintained by local Production teams) are up to date
Coordinate meetings, pitches, and creative kickoffs with external partners
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
Create / Develop decks and presentations for key meetings, events, conferences etc. as needed.
Track incoming calls from agencies specifically and manage communication with these external parties as needed.
Create agendas for upcoming meetings. Coordinate notes and action items from those meetings.
