Michael Howard Studios seeks a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Sales Associate to increase client base, fill programs, and facilitate the development of curriculum, events, and productions for the Studio's community-at-large. The ideal candidate will be competitive and driven by performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Initiate and close sales of programs and classes
-Contact, recruit, and meet with prospective actors
-Receive cash, check, and credit card payments and log payments in internal database
-Contribute to advertising and marketing efforts to promote programs
-Collaborate with staff on theatrical/film productions and special events
Must-haves:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
-Prior sales experience and/or passion for sales
-Experience in the arts preferred
-Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google Suite
Skills crucial to success in this role:
-Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone manner
-Ability to maintain existing relationships and develop new business
-Meet deadlines and quotas in a high-performance environment
-Organization and ability to multi-task
-Ability to collaborate in a positive and creative way

MHS is also the only studio run by industry professionals, all of whom produce films, television, and theater.
