Full Time Job
Position Summary:
The Suite Service Executive position is a full-time benefited position with a focus on maintaining relationships with high-level decision makers and suite administrators, order fulfillment from start to finish, sales tabulations and tracking as well as generating new business through developing strong relationships and new sales outreach.
Essential Functions:
Non Game Day Duties
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
• Track and maintain client contact information, implementation of contractual benefits, events and client touch points in CRM system
• Support in the creation, organization and execution of events and touch points throughout the calendar year
• Assist Sales Executives in creating sales pitch materials and supporting sales process as needed
• Work closely with concessionaire to confirm all suite food and beverage orders
• Continue strong relationships with other departments
• Inviting current clients and prospects to renewal/networking events
• Developing and growing the relationships with current clients
• Building the base of the current Suite Accounts
• Outbound call campaign to all current clients
• Outbound call campaigns to new premium buyers
• Answer suite services emails and handle customer complaints
• Coordinate the process of receiving and tracking all of the customer complaints and questions
Game Day and Event Duties
• Responsible for confirming suite set-up prior to doors opening
• Coordinates game day experiences for suite holders with appropriate departments (i.e. tours, photos on field, etc.)
• Make in-game suite visits
• Invite prospects to games
• First line of escalated customer service challenges and complaints, makes decisions, and further escalates situations as needed
• Responsible for working all events at Marlins Park as scheduled
• Responsible for working all Marlins season ticket holder events
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to multi-task
• Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, experience with Tickets.com Pro-venue a plus
• Be comfortable making cold calls on the phone
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (holidays, evenings)
• Deliver exemplary customer service
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• College Degree – Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of one (2) year experience in a sales and service role or related field with sports experience preferred.
