We expect the Retail Operations Event Staff to provide outstanding customer service. The event staff will tirelessly work to satisfy our guest's needs and ultimately deliver results that meet and exceed the store's sales goals. Product knowledge/Register training will be provided and serve as a tool to maximize sales.
Qualifications
& Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi task.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to stay in one stationary position for long periods of time.
• Required to work extended hours, weekends and holidays according to baseball/events schedule.
• Cash handling experience
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• Customer service and/or retail experience is required.
• Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
