Position Summary:
The Group Sales & Service Executive is primarily focused on the selling of Group and Premium Hospitality products, as well as selling Full and Partial Season Memberships. In this fast-paced sales environment, expert sales leaders will be coaching you allowing you to become the expert in our customizable package offerings including season ticket memberships, premium seating, and group outings. Essential Functions:
• Responsible for, but not limited to, the sales of Group Tickets, Suites, and premium hospitality areas, as well as Full and Partial season tickets and annual suite leases.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Meet or exceed daily activity metrics through a variety of communication channels, most notably generating a minimum of 60 outbound phone calls per day and completing 5 face to face meeting per week.
• Face to face meetings can be achieved through meetings internally at the ballpark, externally at the location of each prospect, or virtually through teleconferencing software.
• Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting organizations.
• Inviting and selling to prospects to sales events.
• Attending networking events in the community to generate new business prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games in an effort to renew them for future business.
• Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities. This includes the creation, growth, and renewal of Group Sales Special Events.
Qualifications
& Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong organizational, time-management, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude.
• Comfortable making cold calls on the phone.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (holidays, weekends, evenings).
• Individuals must be comfortable making face to face sales presentations.
• Highly self-motivated and have a desire to excel in sales.
• Deliver exemplary customer service.
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• A minimum of (2) two years of successful sales and service experience in related field.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Tickets.com ProVenue (ticketing system) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
