Position Summary:
The Miami Marlins Game Day Ambassadors will be responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing fans valuable instruction and information to assist them in adopting the Ball Park App as their resource for all Marlins content during their experience. Ambassadors will also staff our 3 separate ''Marketing Booths'' encouraging fans to share their input with the team on how to elevate their experience at the Ballpark.
Essential Functions:
• Duties include, but are not limited to, Game day activities, special events and specific duties include:
• Act as Ballpark App adopters, teaching fans how to use the application
• Educate and assist fans with using the Ballpark App for all ticketing needs
• Engage fans to participate at our designated Marketing Booths throughout the ballpark
• Operate and staff the Marketing Booths at each home game
• Greet fans at the gates as they enter the ballpark
Qualifications
& Requirements:
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be knowledgeable with smartphone technology/usage
• Must have dependable transportation to all events
• Ability to work during nights, weekends and holidays during the season
• Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Results driven, Self-motivated individual with focus on goal achievement
• Bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
• Must be over 18 years old to apply.
