Description of the position: To supervise the Heat customer service team and work with management to validate that all procedures are being adhered to.
• Maintain customer service schedule for all employees
• Organize daily meetings for customer service team
• Organize customer service recaps on a daily basis for the retail team
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
