Essential Job Function
• Plan, communicate, execute and measure all events and activities for Season Ticket Members and potential new sales (referrals); ensure all events meet budgeted financial objectives.
• Meet with key departments such as Creative Services, Marketing, and Mobile Innovation to develop quality marketing and promotional pieces for Season Ticket Member initiatives. I.e. Season ticket renewal collateral, invitations, and direct mail pieces.
• Assist in hiring and developing department interns.
• Answer department phone line and systematically distribute phone messages.
• Maintain department website. Work closely with Marketing team to ensure website messages are consistent and compliant with HEAT standards and procedures.
• Create and maintain organized calendar of all department assets and events that impact Season Ticket Members I.e. Game day calendar, yearly events calendar, 30-60-90 day outlooks and timelines.
• Assist with composing, proofreading, and editing of all communication devices to new and current Season Ticket Members. Collaborate all with internal communications to ensure organizational continuity.
• Develop and coordinate system on ensuring Season Ticket Member profile information is consistently collected and updated during all events and activities. Execute customized surveys for all events.
• Track and maintain department supplies and inventory. Implement control system to ensure consumption and distribution.
• Attend STM departmental meetings and communicate immediate and future events, and update action items.
• Attend necessary operational meetings determined by management and record meeting minutes.
• Foster teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication within Season Ticket Memberships department and other departments within the organization.
BA/BS from four-year college or university required . One or two years' work experience with a professional sports team or collegiate athletic department in a service or marketing capacity. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred. Excellent customer service, excellent computer skills, problem solving, communication, time management is essential. Ability to compute ticket pricing and accounting information.
