Part Time Job
Description of the Position: The CRM Assistant will work closely with the CRM manager most heavily supporting the sales department and helping them manage their day-to-day needs which continue to help them become more efficient and drive their business.
Responsibilities:
• Own the day-to-day CRM process and relationship with sales and service teams
• Conduct trainings for new hires and current staff on all CRM functions and increase user adoption
• Maintain clean, organized database of contacts, accounts, and active users
• Create, distribute, and monitor all campaigns for sales and service departments
• Define opportunities to extract and visualize data for sales reps, management, and executives
• Manage relationships with CRM-related vendors
• Provide support for and have deep understanding of all connections to CRM system (including gamification, digital marketing platform, reporting tools, plug-ins, email, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative and/or business field (i.e. Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Computer Science).
• Knowledge and experience using CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with both technical and business minded professionals
• Ability to create, implement, and manage business processes
• A willingness and ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments at the same time
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to start and complete tasks
• 1 year(s) of professional experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skill
