Music Academy Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Music Academy Manager to support and expand our daily operations. The ideal candidate has previous management experience in music, arts, education, or service-oriented organizations, and is confident in handling client relations, scheduling, teacher coordination, and student recruitment. It's a HYBRID job
Spanish proficiency is required, as many of our students and families in the Miami area speak Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the academy (scheduling, communication, teacher coordination)
• Recruit new students/clients through outreach, referrals, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate student and teacher records, registrations, payments, and onboarding
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Collaborate with the owner to develop growth strategies
• Fluent Spanish and English required

Requirements
• Previous management experience (music/arts/education preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with client-facing tasks, outreach, and recruitment
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently
• Passion for music and education
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required
