Compensation: DOE (Project-Based or Monthly Retainer)
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain visually stunning, high-performing websites and landing pages for our entertainment and talent brands. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with experience in marketing funnels, automation tools, and website integrations that drive conversions and lead generation.
Build responsive, mobile-optimized pages and funnels (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS).
Integrate CRM and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Calendly, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Zapier).
Ensure site SEO best practices, load speed optimization, and analytics tracking are in place.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to design visually appealing pages that align with our cinematic brand style.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, hosting, or DNS issues as needed.
Manage website backups, security, and plugin updates.
Occasionally assist with landing page A/B testing and conversion tracking.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred), Webflow, or Wix Studio.
Understanding of responsive design, SEO, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Experience integrating Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
Strong design sensibility - ability to follow brand guidelines and create cinematic visual experiences.
Bonus: Experience in entertainment, talent agencies, or film/production websites.
