The Opportunity:
The Production Coordinator will provide a full range of administrative support to our Production Team in a very creative environment, including working with scripts, production, shooting, props, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, processing expense reports, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities
• Supports entertainment/digital content team.
• Duties include scheduling, managing assets, assisting VP and producers with their day to day development and production needs.
• Assist in all aspects of development and production as needed by producers.
• Schedule production meetings, route cuts, and distributing final deliveries to the appropriate destinations.
• Anticipate needs of VP and team. Work independently to complete tasks.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs.
• Take notes during meetings and send out recaps.
• Supports VP of Entertainment by managing calendar, and providing daily schedule
• Order and manage product samples for shoots.
• Support producers on set as needed.
Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflow
• A quick-thinker and an adept problem-solver.
• Able to work in highly demanding environment while being able handle varying personalities and work styles with grace and tact.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Studio.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus
• Experience working with C-level and senior leadership is a plus
• Experience with production management systems is a bonus
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in order of importance
• The drive to take initiative, give suggestions, and not afraid to take action.
