Full Time Job
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. ("MGM") is seeking a Senior Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to deal management for the Contract Services Team. Duties include contract administration, managing content availability windows, generating sales and availability reports, processing deals and amendments, and related functions.
Responsibilities:
• Contract data entry and deal management in proprietary database management system
• Create and maintain deal specific trackers and sequentials
• Prepare client notifications of upcoming titles; fulfill contractual requirements, including library selections, on a timely basis
• Maintain calendaring databased to capture all contractual obligations, such as no later than dates, and notification deadlines
• Title rights and availability clearances
• Territory and window management for all content release dates, including current features and TV series
• Coordinate content license windows and holdbacks through the sequence of media in the territory
• Interact with stakeholders to research and provide feedback on deal specific questions
• Update internal department spreadsheets and databases; maintain digital contract files and historical documentation
• Ad-hoc reporting as needed
Skills
and Abilities
• Responsible for managing territories/media, including building relationships with internal and external customers
• Proactively contributes to team success, interaction, and motivation in addition to volunteering for team, cross team and departmental projects.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to maintain high level of customer service and positive attitude with changing environments, resources, etc.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic Qualifications
• 2 years previous experience and expertise at a Coordinator level
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry experience in sales/contract administration or related field
• Understands and applies concepts of window management and contract administration
• Rights management database and software application skills (i.e.,Tableau, Microstrategy)
• Microsoft office, including advanced Excel
