memBrain is a Century City-based strategic marketing company that sits at the intersection of brands, entertainment, and technology. Founded over two decades ago, memBrain conceives, develops and executes entertainment, marketing, and media programs on behalf of leading global brands and other innovators through a unique combination of insights, access, and business management resources. We are currently accepting applications for an Account Coordinator position to begin in July.
The Account Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Account Management team at memBrain. Among other responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple calendars on behalf of memBrain team members, coordinating meetings and calls, fielding and processing information requests, keeping an overall status update document tracking all memBrain projects and timelines, performing market and competitive research, and notetaking.
You will also be responsible for contributing ideas, and supporting copywriting and other content for memBrain's monthly publication, The STORM Report, and our upcoming event series, ''The STORM Shelter.'' Ultimately, you will drive the growth of our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team. If you have experience with marketing campaigns and have a genuine passion for pop culture - music, film, art, fashion, etc.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are energetic, self-motivated, professional, and can work in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time.
Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and have a passion for pop culture and entertainment. Applicants should have experience working with Microsoft Office, Keynote, and be able to bring in their own computer. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator, or experience working on marketing campaigns is a plus.
