This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: This invitation is for an internship opportunity for a highly motivated, multi-tasking individual. The selected intern will not receive a salary during the internship term , however, we shall negotiate a stipend based on intern’s performance and a petty cash expense reimbursement account. The internship term will be for a period of six (6) months. Thereafter, at our election, we will offer you a compensation package (if we reach this point, we will not want to lose you and you probably won’t want to leave). The primary function of the intern is to assist with multiple areas of website design, marketing, and strategy. The selected intern will predominantly telecommute and will be responsible for their input and output.
ABOUT YOU: The ideal Intern Candidate is actively pursuing a career in the entertainment field with an emphasis on web design, internet SEO, digital media marketing. Our ideal candidate will be at least a junior currently enrolled in college and/or demonstrated recent entrepreneurial success. The candidate must be very creative and highly motivated. It is important that the candidate have initiative and the understanding and desire to be in the entertainment industry. The candidate should posses the following:
• Own and operate web design software
(HTML/CSS,Javascript,PHP,Flash,Wordpress).
• Graphic design capability.
• SEO and PPC functions.
• Administrate all social media platforms.
Candidate shall possess a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow. Strong communication skills, writing skills, a pleasant outgoing personality, loyalty and an entrepreneurial spirit are all pre-requisites. Ideally, the candidate must be willing to make a daily investment in time and energy while pursuing their academic responsibilities. The candidate will be available to participate in a weekly in-person meeting, multiple teleconference calls, and work primarily from home with occasional travel. The schedule is flexible and occasionally demanding. Candidate must have access to their own computer, laptop and cell phone.
