The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, efficient in the workplace and has relevant experience in the entertainment/advertising/public relations field. The Executive Assistant's main duties consist of extensive scheduling, calendar management, email transcribing and hands on assistance with celebrity talent and brand clients. Writing and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential in this role. Because tasks vary daily based upon the needs of the executive, candidates should be immediate problem solvers who are creative and able to think quickly on the spot. The successful candidate will also be tech savvy and thick skinned with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
