Through a full-service business model that spans several verticals such as marketing, brand partnerships, business development, social media management, graphic design, and more, Matrix Artists provides clients with the resources to have a successful career.
Matrix Artists is looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the CEO/Founder and General Manager in delivering and managing clients' marketing campaigns as well as supporting in day-to-day operations of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include (but not limited to):
• Work with General Manager to generate leads and pitch for new business as well as handle support day-to-day company operations.
• Assist with marketing campaigns - creating and commissioning creative assets, order-ing merchandise, adhering to timeline/calendar for postings
• Manage and organize client social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Support CEO/Founder and General Manager with light administration work such as scheduling meetings, creating reports/decks, completing expense reports, etc.
• Office management- mailings, managing company email, corresponding with build-ing on requests/tasks, inventory maintenance, ordering supplies, etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS include:
• At least 1-2 years past experience at record label or management company
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling, booking travel, sending and receiving emails, creating decks, creating reports, etc.
• Background in social media management, publicity, marketing, fan engagement
• Passion around developing a career in music management, marketing, brand part-nerships, or events.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask on several different projects
• Availability to work on weekends and nights and be accessible through email and phone.
• Availability to attend local events as well as work company events.
