Duties/Responsibilities:
- Open/Close the Mass Appeal Office
- Professionally and courteously greet all clients and visitors to the office, ensure guests are comfortable and connected with the appropriate office personnel.
- Manage studio schedule and in-office meetings as needed, and ensure each room is set up correctly before and after each meeting.
- Monitor and order inventory for the office, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Make sure all common office areas, storage closets, etc., are organized and accessible.
- Organize and keep inventory of in-house products including merch/vinyl/CD's etc.
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs/maintenance in connection to the office.
- Handle all comms with the building faculties, including but not limited to cleaning crew, security, etc.
- Assist with planning and preparing for Office/Employee events such as holiday parties, conferences, employee birthdays, and any other event taking place.
- Be available to assist with relevant research as needed by the in-office team.
Preferred Qualities:
- Discretion and ability to deal with confidential information
- Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and confidentiality
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
Requirements:
- College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Interest and familiarity in working in the music industry
- This position is not remote; Must be LA based with consistent access to transportation.
