MarVista Entertainment is seeking an experienced coordinator to support its Content Operations team. This role will track all films from pre-production through post production, and final internal and external delivery ensuring that all necessary paper documentation is vetted and approved. The person in this role will need to be organized, detail-oriented, pro-active and with the ability to exercise good judgement and communication.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with external producers and internal parties the deliverable needs for each project and build delivery timelines.
Coordinate the workflow around receiving project documentation and routing documents and information through the appropriate review and approval process (i.e feedback on outstanding del., rejections, addl. Information needed)
Centralizes and organizes information and documentation in internal systems and tracking documents.
Engage with all internal departments (BALA, Content Ops, Post Production) to manage through the internal workflows and ensure all information and documents are available for downstream activities (Servicing needs).
Liaise with internal parties to ensure assets received are acceptable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience with high-volume production/coordination.
Ability to prioritize and apply appropriate resources where needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast paced environment.
Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
