A boutique development/management company in Studio City is seeking a full-time JUNIOR CREATIVE EXECUTIVE with development experience in both TV and Film. The position is fully in-person and requires candidates to be local to L.A. The responsibilities include some administrative tasks, reading, and providing detailed notes on scripts, treatments, series documents, and pitch materials. Candidates should be knowledgeable and comfortable creating writer/director idea lists for projects. There will be opportunities to read and give feedback on books and submissions such as spec scripts, IP for adaptations, and project concepts for consideration. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to quickly problem-solve, and be capable of working independently. Should be knowledgeable with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Must be a hard worker, a quick learner, extremely well organized, a strong note-taker with clear handwriting, and have a very good memory with attention to detail, especially when remembering names. The ideal candidate for this job has at least two years of desk experience at an agency or management company and/or previous development experience. There is the opportunity for growth.
