Intern required for a manager/producer Marilyn Atlas. We are a small management company that represents actors and writers and are looking for a part-time intern to work 16-20 hours a week for four months. We are flexible on days and time (although the office does not open until 10:15 a.m.)
The environment is fast-paced. We are looking for someone who is a great multi-tasker, organized, detail oriented, good at following directions, and knows how to write script coverage. He/she also must have good technical and communication skills. At times, he/she will be a liaison for agents, casting directors, and producers. This is a great learning environment.
Motivated individual will help with scheduling of talent manager's calendar/distributing audition info to clients/providing script coverage. Flexible hours, must have reliable transportation. Occasional film screenings, talent showcase perks. No personal errands required. Polite, but firm phone etiquette. Must be computer literate: Windows Office Suite/WordPress. 4 month commitment at 15 hours/week.
Must already be L.A.-based within 25 miles of Beverly Hills.
